The Center plan ($199/mo) removes all of those caps entirely: unlimited instructors, unlimited freelancers, unlimited gear. If you're running a large operation with multiple instructor rosters and a serious fleet, Center is your plan. Everything else — bookings, student progression, session journals, waivers, wind data, the whole OS — is identical across both.

It's actually built for you. We started by working with small schools — owner-operators juggling WhatsApp bookings, paper waivers, and a spreadsheet that hasn't been updated since last season. Ally OS replaces all of that without adding complexity. The School plan covers you completely. You'll use what you need and ignore what you don't.

Each instructor gets their own profile, their own session journal, and their own progression tracking. They join your school on the platform, and you see their schedule, sessions, and student feedback. If they work at multiple schools, their profile travels with them. Everyone wins.
